Convenient and efficient operation of your heating system.

The Viessmann Vitotrol app allows you to operate Viessmann heating systems with Vitotronic control units. Operation of the app is simple, easy, and convenient from anywhere and at any time of the day. The Vitotrol app includes a context-sensitive help function.

The Vitotrol app provides access to the following functions of the Vitotronic heating circuit control unit:
<ul>
 <li>Easy setting of heating programs, room temperature, domestic hot water temperature, holiday program, and time program.</li>
 <li>Clear display of operating parameters, including all relevant temperatures.</li>
 <li>Display of efficiency data, such as solar yield and hours run.</li>
</ul>

To access all the functions of the Vitotrol app, you will need the Viessmann communication device Vitocom 100 type LAN1 and a DSL router.

Shutdown support for out-of-date Vitotrol App version 4.1.x
Are you using the Vitotrol App with an out-of-date software version (Version 4.1.x or older) on your mobile device? Please note:
<ul>
 <li>The support for the old software version will end in December 2015. After this date, affected users will no longer be able to connect to their Vitocoms or receive any notifications on their mobile devices. The use of Vitodata on "vitodata100.com" remains available.</li>
 <li>Since August 2014, Vitotrol App Version 4.2.x (Current Version 4.2.1) has been available for Apple and Android devices.</li>
 <li>In addition, the new major release Version 4.3.x was published in December 2015.</li>
</ul>

If you are an affected user, follow these steps to reactivate your Vitotrol App:
<ol>
 <li>Please update or reinstall the Vitotrol App on your mobile device.</li>
 <li>For updating, refer to the update instructions for apps on your mobile device. For reinstalling, open Apple Store (iPhone or iPad) or Google Play (Android devices) and search for "Vitotrol App." Follow the recommended installation steps. After installation, open the Vitotrol App and log in again.</li>
</ol>

You can now resume using your Vitotrol App.
